Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a Full Time Medical Receptionist to work across our clinics, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the team in achieving high standards of care.

Job Description:

* Answering calls and being the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
* Scheduling appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system.
* Maximising efficiency by managing appointments and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
* Referring patients to specialists and handling multi-disciplinary team referrals.
* Communicating with patients and providing clear information about preparation, costing estimates, and other requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Customer Focus: Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
2. Willingness to Learn: Ready to dive into medical imaging terminology.
3. Tech Savvy: Advanced computer and keyboard skills are a must.
