The VA will play a key role in managing the brands social media presence, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with basic graphic design.
This is a remote position for individuals who love pets, understand content marketing, and have a flair for visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Social Media ManagementCreate and schedule engaging, pet-related content for Instagram and FacebookOrganize weekly and monthly content calendars using CanvaMonitor engagement and respond to comments/messages professionallyRepurpose client-supplied photos and videos into branded, high-quality postsTrack content performance and provide insights or suggestions for improvementGraphic Design & Content CreationFormat marketing materials, social posts, and straightforward digital assets using CanvaDesign aesthetically pleasing and on-brand visuals to promote products and pet wellness contentAdministrative SupportMaintain and update spreadsheets (e.g., inventory, content tracking, client records)Assist with email communication and straightforward bookkeeping tasksPrepare reports or summaries upon requestFormat documents and internal files as neededStrong command of written and spoken English1+ year of experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook preferred)Skilled in Canva and comfortable designing marketing creativesReliable internet connection and availability for weekly check-insHighly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesPassion for pets and interest in wellness-related topics is a plusWilling to take initiative and bring creative content ideas to the tableMust be able to start immediately and commit to a minimum of 20 hours/weekAvailability to attend a video call interview with the client during the onboarding processTo Apply:Please submit your resume and a portfolio of relevant experience and availability.
