Property Systems Specialist
The Property Systems team is dedicated to enhancing and managing Deakin University's property systems, enterprise platforms, and digital solutions. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our property systems, ensuring they are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of property systems to support organisational operations, including integration of security and health and safety features.
* Provide operational support, including troubleshooting system issues, responding to user queries, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
* Support the implementation of security features, such as user access controls and data protection measures, to ensure compliance with organisational policies.
* Contribute to the configuration and management of health and safety functions within systems, ensuring they facilitate compliance and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
* Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
* An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Proficiency in property systems or similar platforms, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and data management.
* Proven ability to identify, analyse, and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical advice.
