Career Employment Group Inc is seeking applications for an Administration Trainee to work with our valued Host Employer in Whyalla. This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
As an Administration Trainee, you will undertake a Certificate III in Business, gaining hands-on experience and developing a broad range of clerical and administrative skills to work effectively in a business environment.
This position involves completing a variety of administrative functions to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Duties may include:
* General administrative and office support tasks
* Data entry and record management
* Supporting team members with daily business operations
* Front office and reception duties, including assisting students, families, staff, and visitors
Position Requirements
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Be punctual and have a good work ethic
* Flexibility and willingness to assist across a variety of tasks
* Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment medical, inclusive of drug and alcohol testing
