**How you'll make an impact**
As a Regional Manager with One Doorway, you will be responsible to provide leadership and direction to a team of Team Leaders/Keyworkers working in collaboration with the business to maintain a culture of performance and quality in all aspects of service delivery.
You will be a full-time member of the Operations Team, supported by the Operations Manager.
- Managing teams of professional Team Leaders and Support Workers in the provision of quality direct care services
- Overseeing the administration tasks are completed to high level of detail and completed in accordance with set timeframes
- Coordinate the service delivery of day-to-day supports enabling participants to achieve their goals in accordance with their NDIS plans goals
- Contribute and oversee effective communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Managing critical incidents and associated risk management strategies and work health safety processes according to legislation requirements
**What we're looking for**
As a patient, flexible and understanding individual with a supportive and caring nature, ideally with experience within the disability or health care sectors, you'll have;
- A Tertiary qualification directly related to community services or disability is required, along with evidenced and demonstrated experience in the delivery of community service and/or NDIS service provision
- Commitment to the rights of people with disabilities to live dignified lives
- Able to accept responsibility and work as part of a team
- Patient, flexible, understanding, supportive and caring nature
- Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within the disability or health care sectors
- Valid driver's license
Desirable, however not essential
- Experience working within the disability or health care sectors
- A Tertiary qualification directly related to Leadership and Management or Business, or evidenced and demonstrated experience in a Leadership and Management or Business position
