Oin a high-performing, fast-paced real estate office where no two days are the same. LJ Hooker Wollongong is seeking a confident, professional, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our office while providing valuable support to our Property Management team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and owners, you'll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional service our brand is known for.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing front-of-house reception and customer enquiries
* Handling phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and care
* Assisting the Property Management team with daily administration, leasing documents, and maintenance coordination
* General office administration and ad-hoc tasks
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in a real estate or property office environment (preferred)
* Confident and approachable, with excellent communication and multitasking skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a busy team environment
* Holds a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (essential)
