Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Reliability and Maintenance Program Engineer to support the E-7A Program.
This role involves managing reliability programs, performing root cause analyses, and coordinating actions to ensure the sustainment of the E-7A Wedgetail fleet.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering and at least 5 years of aviation engineering experience.
A solid understanding of maintenance programs is also essential for this position.
* Ensure proactive reliability management to maintain the E-7A Wedgetail fleet.
* Conduct root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective maintenance solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
