Employee Relations Advisor Job
This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced HR professional to join a dedicated employee relations team.
The employee relations advisor plays a crucial role in providing advice and support to managers and employees on operational employee relations matters, including sickness absence management, disciplinary, informal grievances, and capability processes.
Key duties include:
* Providing support and assistance on employment-related issues such as capability, disciplinary, and grievance.
* Robustly supporting case management of routine employee relations issues in collaboration with employee relations managers and line managers across the organization.
* Providing general human resources advice on issues such as maternity, adoption, paternity, career break schemes, and annual leave.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be agile in their approach, and able to translate service issues into proactive solutions.
They will need to be organized and able to prioritize to manage their own workload and respond to changing demands.
