Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and operations management, with a strong understanding of the HVAC industry.
This is a challenging role that requires a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth within our defined customer segments.
* Manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth within our defined customer segments.
* Conduct business development activities to identify new market opportunities and expand existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify prospective customers and develop personal relationships to influence opportunities.
* Develop customer presentations and proposals to meet specific needs.
* Work with external partners and internal teams to achieve objectives.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in sales and/or operations management.
* Valid driver's license.
* Ability to travel domestically 60% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the HVAC or construction industry.
* Proven success in a sales role with demonstrated growth and sales volume.
* Understanding of HVAC marketplace dynamics, industry trends, and competitor programs.
Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $118,000 - $165,000 per year.
