Sales Manager Coaching Position Includes
- Oversee the onboarding and training process for recent representatives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment conducive to success.
- Continuously coach on script, objections, and closing.
- Monitor metrics and communicate KPIs.
- Develop strategies to support associates who are not meeting quotas.

Payment Structure
Option A: $400 USD/mo base + $600-$1,000 USD/mo bonuses (4-hr daily commitment)
Option B: $800 USD/mo base + $1,000-$1,800 USD/mo bonuses (8-hr daily commitment)
Location
This is a flexible hybrid/remote position. We have locations in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Fiji, Kingston, New Zealand, Ireland and Jamaica. We have team members in Medellín, Bogotá, São Paulo, Ramon Mejia, Córdoba, Manaus, Belfast, Puebla, Salvador, Ciudad Juárez, León, Guadalajara, Brasilia, Maracay, Belo Horizonte, San Andrés de Giles, Caracas, Dublin, Montego Bay, Suva, Auckland, Rio de Janeiro, Maracaibo, and Tijuana working in the office if that is preferred over remote work.
