We are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee the efficient and accurate distribution of orders.
The ideal candidate will drive team performance, improve processes, and deliver outstanding customer service by coordinating daily tasks to meet KPIs and service levels, ensuring timely dispatch of online orders via carriers, managing customer and retail order-related queries within 48 hours, monitoring outbound packaging inventory for optimal supply levels, reviewing SOPs quarterly to drive performance and compliance, minimising order cuts, oversells, and inventory issues, and providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback through regular check-ins.
