Job Title: Customer Engagement Team Member
Job Description:
Bunnings is the leading retailer of home improvement and lifestyle products in Australia and New Zealand, catering to consumer and commercial customers. As a Customer Engagement Team Member, you will play a key role in managing our F&T sales process from start to finish, liaising daily with clients from the Quoting stage to delivery of finished goods.
About the Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with multiple stakeholders to build long-standing relationships
* Project managing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities
* Building customer profiles through our CCRM software
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A highly proactive approach
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent customer communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to understand quotes and estimates for building materials
* Knowledge of construction, engineering, or DIY is advantageous but not essential
