About the role
You'll be a key part of our store team, delivering great customer experiences and helping customers bring their outdoor cooking plans to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly, confident customer service
Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
Operating POS systems and handling transactions
Maintaining store presentation and merchandising standards
Supporting stock replenishment and store operations
Working collaboratively with your team to hit sales and service goals
What we're looking for
A positive, can-do attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliability and flexibility across weekdays and weekends
Retail or hospitality experience (highly regarded but not essential)
Interest in BBQs, outdoor living or cooking (a bonus, but not required)
