The Chance
This newly available role offers an experienced purchasing professional the chance to take ownership of procurement and inventory operations.
Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll play a critical part in shaping supplier relationships, ensuring stock availability across multiple 3PL sites, and supporting a busy pipeline of NPD launches and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supplier engagement, negotiations, and compliance across global third-party manufacturers.
- Drive sourcing for NPD and promotional activities, partnering with marketing and operations teams.
- Oversee inventory management across domestic and international warehouses, ensuring DIFOT and fill rate targets are met.
- Support and embed S&OP; processes while identifying opportunities for procurement savings and margin improvements.
- Develop and mentor a capable purchasing team, fostering collaboration and a positive team culture.
About You
We’re looking for a purchasing leader with:
- 7+ years’ procurement experience, including leadership of small teams.
- A background in FMCG, manufacturing or related industries (advantageous).
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with third-party manufacturers.
- Proven track record in NPD sourcing and inventory management across multiple warehouses.
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and strong analytical ability.
- Calm, collaborative, and solutions-focused leadership style.
