Essential Skills and Qualifications:
 * Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Qualified Chef.
 * Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and hygiene practices.
 * Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods.
 * Passion for food, creativity in cooking, and attention to detail.
 * Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
 * Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends.
