As Factory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in this journey. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll lead daily factory operations and ensure production excellence across the fabrication and assembly teams. What You'll Do
* Lead, mentor, and empower production teams across aluminium fabrication and assembly
* Oversee daily operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements
* Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
* Ensure compliance with company standards and relevant Australian regulations
* Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
* Monitor workflow, productivity, and resource allocation
* Develop a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence
About You
* Proven experience as a Factory Manager or Manufacturing Manager
* V6 Window & Door estimating software experience will be highly regarded
* Aluminium window & door fabrication and assembly experience is highly regarded
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* Experience in production planning, scheduling, and lean manufacturing
* Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and communication abilities
* High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* A proactive, hands‑on leader who leads by example
