ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Venue Hire Coordinator to manage and grow venue hire operations at Camp Breakaway.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role coordinates all aspects of venue hire and function bookings, from initial enquiry through to event delivery, while also providing administrative and customer service support across the organisation.

ABOUT YOU

You are a friendly, capable and proactive administrator who thrives in a busy and people‑focused environment.

Essential requirements:

* Minimum 1 year's experience in a fast‑paced office or administration role

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Excellent time management and organisational ability

* Experience using accounting software (e.g. Xero)

* Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office

* High attention to detail and strong numeracy skills

* Commitment to confidentiality and safe work practices

* Genuine interest in supporting people with disability

* A current Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one

* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or the ability to obtain one

Desirable:

* Experience in venue hire, sales, event coordination or telemarketing

* Experience preparing quotes and invoices

* Understanding of the disability or not‑for‑profit sector
