Your new role
As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will take ownership of key projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating internal resources and external vendors for seamless project delivery
* Managing scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Developing detailed project plans and tracking progress using project management tools
* Leading client communications, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations
* Performing risk management and resolving issues to minimise project risks
* Maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting in line with contractual obligations
* Driving continuous improvement and applying leadership skills throughout the project lifecycle
What you'll need to succeed

* Proven track record of being part of successfully delivered projects
* Experience working within the Queensland market and understanding local regulations
* Exposure to high-value, complex projects
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and reporting requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workloads effectively
* Experience in Contracts Administration or acting as Superintendent
