Role
Based out of our leading Darwin Fire division, you will be responsible for the Darwin & Top End Region, NT. Your key responsibility will be to attend customer sites to install, service and maintain portable fire protection equipment and related products.
This Will Include
* Servicing portable fire equipment to Chubb Fire Safety standards of quality and delivery excellence, whilst exceeding customer service expectations at every available opportunity.
* Assisting in growing our sales, increasing our market share, and growing the net profitability of the company.
* Using power tools to install and repair portable fire equipment such as extinguishers, hose reels, fire doors, access and egress paths, and blankets.
* Providing excellent customer service and advice to our clients on site.
* Using the FieldService mobile phone application to plan and organise your schedule.
To Be Successful
Previous experience in the fire industry is preferred but not essential, as you will receive all the training required to perform your role at a high standard. A service mindset and enjoyment of customer interaction will enable you to achieve the desired outcomes.
You Will Need The Following
* Certificate II in Fire Protection (preferred) or willingness to obtain it through in‑house training.
* Australian citizenship.
* Current driver's licence.
* Construction industry white card or ability to obtain one.
* Appreciation for excellent customer service and ability to communicate with clients on site.
* Good time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work away from home when required.
* Demonstrated efficiency through prior time and route planning.
* Proactive team member.
