**About the role**
Exciting Brand Manager role working across a portfolio of retail products. This role will be responsible for providing support in driving growth for the two essential business portfolios. Developing and executing elements of the marketing plan, including but not limited to digital, communication campaigns and NPD projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Execute the marketing and strategic plans in conjunction with the Marketing Manager
- Assist with preparing brand performance and review presentations on a regular basis
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Use of data to review brand, product & competitor performance; identify opportunities & threats
- Effectively project manage NPD projects by working with cross functional teams to meet project timelines
- Manage new and update product packaging briefs and approvals
- Work with Marketing Manager to brief agency on campaigns
- Work closely with the agency to execute campaigns ensuring the campaigns meet the brief requirements and are approved internally
- Management of monthly digital content plans maintaining brand essence and regulatory.
**Skills**
- 3 Years experience in a similar Brand Marketing position
- Experience in Retail, FMCG or Construction is a MUST
- Tertiary qualified in Commerce, Marketing, Business or similar
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in developing strategy, marketing plans and the execution of campaigns
- Solid analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a result driven, team orientated environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders and external agencies
