About the Role: Juniper is seeking caring, reliable Multiskilled Domestic Team Members to join our dedicated team at Juniper Trinity Aged Care, a warm and welcoming residential aged care home in Bentley.
This hands-on, people-focused role rotates across cleaning, laundry, and catering duties, helping to create a safe, comfortable and homely environment for our residents.
Working closely with our care and hospitality teams, you will play an important role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, supporting meal preparation and service, and contributing to residents' comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
Shift Availability: (Permanent part-time) Week 1: Monday (2:30pm–8:30pm) Friday (7:00am–1:00pm Week 2: Monday (2:30pm–8:30pm), Friday (7:00am–1:00pm) Saturday (6:30am–2:00pm) Key Responsibilities: Cleaning: Maintain residents' rooms and common areas, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising high-touch surfaces Laundry: Wash, dry, iron and return personal and facility laundry in line with infection control procedures Catering: Assist with meal preparation and service, set tables, and ensure meals meet residents' dietary requirements Key Requirements: Experience in cleaning, catering and/or laundry services (aged care or healthcare preferred) Knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety and infection control (desirable) Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain (preferred) Passion for supporting older people to live with dignity and comfort Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role Flexible and willing to rotate across cleaning, laundry and catering duties Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues What's on Offer: Attractive hourly rate of $*****, plus 12% superannuation Salary packaging up to $18,550 per annum tax-free Employment with a values-driven, not-for-profit Western Australian aged care provider Access to Juniperks, our employee benefits platform offering retail discounts, wellbeing initiatives and peer recognition How to Apply: Don't miss this opportunity to join a supportive team in a rewarding role
