About the Role
RSA is seeking apprentices to join our Workshop team. Our apprenticeships are more than just a job — they're a launchpad into a skilled, long-term career in civil construction.
As an apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience repairing and maintaining heavy plant fleet and systems. This program offers variety, fresh challenges, and opportunities for growth under industry experts.
You will receive training and development to become qualified as a Heavy Diesel Fitter, Boilermaker, or Auto Electrician.
The initial roster will be 5/2, with future flexible rosters, potentially extending to FIFO across Australia.
