Administrative Assistant

A diverse range of tasks await the successful candidate in this Administrative Assistant role at Everyday Independence. Key responsibilities include:

* Scheduling therapy sessions using Skedulo, adjusting appointments as needed to accommodate practitioner or participant availability.
* Onboarding new participants by explaining Everyday Independence's social model and setting expectations for collaboration.
* Conducting risk assessments over the phone and accurately documenting identified risks to ensure therapist and participant safety.
* Maintaining accurate Service Agreements for participants.
* Attending weekly team meetings to share stories, best practices, and build relationships with colleagues.

As an experienced administrator, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage client databases, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Demonstrated experience with scheduling or rostering.
* 2–3 years' experience in administration with a customer service and relationship building focus.
* Demonstrate a high degree of skill in managing client databases and practice administration system (experience with Sales Force is advantageous).
