ABOUT THE ROLE
Join JJ’s as a Labourer / Runner based out of our Darwin depot serving the local area.
In this role you will drive a company car, (following a set run - details provided by our in-house J-Track program); moving domestic waste bins from within unit complexes (for example), to the curb for collection by our Truck Operators.
5.30am start or 10.30am start available - 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
As we are an essential service provider, you will benefit from a stable and permanent role, regular hours with the opportunity for overtime.
ABOUT YOU
* Current Australian Drivers Licence - Essential
* Able to demonstrate self-management and good communication skills
* Reliable and punctual - you show up on time, ready to get the job done
* An early riser – with shifts commencing around 5.30am
* Physically capable and enough strength to engage in regular manual handling, including loading and unloading bins
* Professional and approachable - the friendly face of JJs to our customers and a team player
* Safety-conscious and committed to following all policies and procedures
* Willing to complete a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test
* Able to provide a 5-year traffic history at the interview
