Key Leadership Role: IHV Alliance Director
As a seasoned IHV Alliance Sales Director, you will spearhead strategic partnerships in EMEA and APAC regions. Your key responsibilities include managing a team of Business Development Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities with IHVs. This involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies for joint offerings, overseeing day-to-day management of alliances, contract negotiations, and performance tracking.
* Strategically lead a team to boost sales growth and revenue streams through effective partnership development and execution.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales engineering, and product management teams to deliver on targets and objectives.
* Establish trusted relationships with IHV partners to drive Canonical's market share and attach rate.
Core Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver customer workshops focused on specific initiatives, participate in sales events, give public presentations, and engage in executive meetings.
* Lead partnerships in APAC with companies such as Lenovo, Huawei, Quanta, Fujitsu, Inspur, H3C, NEC, Asus, and in EMEA with Ericsson, Nokia, Bull, Siemens; also spearhead apex partnerships in the Americas with Dell, HPE, IBM, Supermicro.
* Oversee executive interlocks between IHV and Canonical leadership, traveling frequently including internationally to drive partnerships in person.
