Role Overview
Due to growth and expansion, Container Deposit Systems seeks a Support Technician who will use Industrial and Information technology knowledge to provide service and support to existing customers.
Reporting to the Service Supervisor, the successful hire will analyze and resolve hardware, software, or networking issues and will elevate high-level technical concerns when required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or an equivalent certificate with at least two years of professional IT customer-service experience.
Open to a rotating on-call phone-support roster (one week out of four) once familiar with Container Deposit Systems technologies.
