The opportunity
A newly created Senior Analyst – FP&A role has been established to help shape and build the finance function within a growing professional services organisation.
Reporting to the CFO, you will:
* Build and establish the FP&A capability within the business
* Develop KPI frameworks and performance reporting across the organisation
* Provide commercial analysis and decision support to senior leadership
* Partner closely with marketing and revenue teams to analyse performance drivers
* Deliver insights to support revenue growth and strategic decision making
* Work directly with key stakeholders including the CFO, FC and Practice Unit Leaders
* Operate in a heavily Excel-based environment while systems and reporting processes are developed
* Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and how finance supports the broader business
About you
This diverse and dynamic role is perfect for someone comfortable establishing a FP&A function.
Strong Excel, automation and systems skills are required for this role along with the ability to problem solve and have a vision for what success can look like.
