**Job Description:**
A career-defining opportunity for a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team in the Tendering sector. As a key member of the scheduling function, you will be responsible for transforming drawings and design documentation into project schedules, monitoring performance against targets, and providing timely programme information to support teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create and maintain detailed construction schedules using industry-leading tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
* Develop tender programs and methodologies, outlining milestones, durations, dependencies, and potential risks.
* Monitor progress against the baseline schedule, including regular site checks and progress reporting.
* Assist in preparing and substantiating delay or extension of time claims.
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to validate timelines and ensure activities remain on track.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Education:
* Degree-qualified in construction, civil engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
* At least 4 years' experience in project planning or project controls within the construction sector.
Technical Knowledge:
* Strong technical knowledge of scheduling, critical path logic, and programme analysis.
Software Proficiency:
* Proficiency with Primavera P6 or other planning software.
Familiarity with Project Cost Management Processes:
* Familiarity with project cost management processes.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
