We're fast-paced, collaborative, creative, and growing — and now we're looking for another talented Videographer & Photographer to join us on that journey.
What You'll Be Doing
* Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality video and photography content across a diverse client base — think restaurant launches, clinic brand shoots, e-com product photography, social content days, corporate campaigns, and more
* Capture compelling content on location and in-studio, managing your own setups, including lighting, audio, and camera equipment
* Edit and post-produce your own content, delivering polished final assets that exceed client expectations and meet tight deadlines. Or work with our in-house editor to help bring the project to life.
* Collaborate with the wider Hypa team to bring creative briefs to life, from concept through to final delivery
* Optimise content for multiple platforms and formats, ensuring maximum impact across social media, web, and digital channels
* Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors when needed, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables
* Stay ahead of trends by bringing fresh shooting techniques, visual styles, and creative perspectives to client projects
* Maintain and manage equipment, ensuring all gear is in top condition and ready for shoots
What You'll Bring
Essential:
* 2–4+ years of experience in videography and photography, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop) and/or Final Cut Pro
* Strong technical skills across camera operation, lighting, and audio capture
* A keen eye for visual storytelling and composition
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
* We supply all camera and lighting equipment, but if you have your own gear, that's a welcome bonus!
* Portfolio or showreel demonstrating versatility across different content styles and industries
Bonus Points For:
* Experience with After Effects for motion graphics and animation
* Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for advanced colour grading
* Drone operation experience
* Familiarity with current social media content trends and platform specifications
* Photography retouching and advanced editing skills
