We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our South East Victorian Field team and drive growth and profitability.
 * Oversee and analyse state sales performance and margin expansion.
 * Develop and execute customer growth plans focusing on key customers.
 * Target top 10 state end users with growth plans.
 * Coach and support the sales team to ensure disciplined sales execution.
 * Expand margins through directional selling and manage product mix.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have:
 * Experience in strategic sales and customer relationship development.
 * Previous experience in a leadership position within a sales or similar environment.
 * Strong leadership and coaching skills.
 * Experience using various computer systems such as Microsoft, SharePoint, Salesforce or similar.
 * Ability to analyse sales performance and drive margin expansion.
 * Experience in training and coaching team members on features and benefits of products.
 * Experience or exposure in the Tool Industry, Construction or similar would be highly regarded.
