WorkSpo is a fast-growing proptech platform transforming how real estate agencies manage repairs and maintenance. We integrate directly with PropertyMe and MRI PropertyTree, giving property managers a faster, transparent, and more efficient way to handle maintenance jobs backed by our patented live-bidding technology.
We're now looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us onboard real estate agencies and introduce them to the WorkSpo platform.
What You'll Be Doing ?
Calling property managers and introducing WorkSpo using our proven scripts
Booking demos and walking PMs through a 2-3 minute overview
Reaching out to early-adopter real estate offices and industry trainers
Working closely with the CEO to grow our first 200 agencies
Building relationships with directors, PM leaders, and tradies
Helping refine outreach strategies and user feedback
Representing WorkSpo across Linkedin and PM industry groups
What We're Looking For ?
Confident speaking over the phone
Experience in real estate, property management, Saas or sales (preferred, not essential)
Ability to learn quickly and explain technology simply
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a startup environment
