About role Are you an organised, people-focused professional with a flair for administration and a background in the Real Estate or Hotel industry? We're looking for a superstar PA to support our Directors and help keep our growing business running at its best. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day administration, client communications, and bookings. You'll handle calls, manage inquiries, coordinate schedules, and occasionally guide staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. Behind the scenes, you'll be the engine that keeps things moving; in front of clients, you'll help create a warm and welcoming environment. Duties PA to the Directors and assist them in the daily operations of running the Apartments Customer service - answering in bound enquiries via phone and emails Data Entry of Invoicing and quoting to internal and external clients and customers Quality Assurance - Ensuring customers enjoy their experience Liaising with building managers and direction of staff on site Skills and experience Previous admin or receptionist experience in Real Estate or Hotels Experience with 'Newbook' or similar C.M.S Exceptional computer skills and literacy Microsoft office skills Property management experience advantageous Attention to detail and excellent phone etiquette Benefits Choice of furbished accommodation included with salary option or flat salary option Be trained and guided with role and system by head office Development of skills and growth within the company No commute if choice of accommodation is selected, room cleaned weekly Access to gyms, pools and other services on site All candidates will be considered and contacted accordingly as this role is to be filled as soon as possible.
