Darwin Services Club is preparing to open its doors inside the historic Admiralty House on the Esplanade – a landmark location being transformed into Darwin’s newest hospitality destination.
We’re building a team of passionate, professional people who want to be part of something exciting from the very start.
We’re currently recruiting for multiple roles:
Duty Managers
Be a key leader on the floor, overseeing daily operations across bar, gaming and dining.
Support the team, ensure compliance, and deliver an outstanding member experience.
Qualifications: Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality required
Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Certification: RSA and RSG essential
Lead our bar team, create signature drinks, and set the standard for exceptional service.
Cocktail skills, product knowledge, and leadership experience required.
RSA essential.
Bar Staff & FOH Team
The face of the club – serving members and guests with energy and professionalism.
Bartenders, wait staff, and all-round FOH legends welcome.
RSA required for bar roles.
Deliver a safe, welcoming and enjoyable gaming experience.
Supervisors
Oversee compliance, service and team support.
Ideal for those seeking leadership and career growth.
Attendants
Engage with members, provide excellent service, and maintain floor standards.
Perfect for reliable, customer-focused staff.
RSG and RSA essential.
Hands-on support across venue operations including grounds, deliveries, stock management and minor repairs to keep the club running smoothly.
Practical skills and reliability a must
Experience with beer systems highly regarded
Cleaners
Play a vital role behind the scenes by keeping our venue spotless and welcoming at all times.
Attention to detail and reliability required.
