We are seeking skilled and reliable workers for the following roles:
* Formwork Carpenters
* Steel Fixers
* Experienced Construction Labourers
These positions offer long-term opportunities on large-scale commercial builds with consistent hours and competitive pay.
Pay Rates
* $56.50 per hour — Formwork Carpenters
* $54.50 per hour — Steel Fixers & Skilled Labourers
* Superannuation + applicable site allowances
* Overtime opportunities available
About the Role
You will be working on major commercial construction projects as part of experienced site teams, contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality builds.
Typical Duties
* Formwork installation and concrete preparation
* Steel reinforcement placement and tying
* General labouring duties
* Assisting trades and site supervisors
* Maintaining site safety and housekeeping standards
Requirements
* Proven experience on commercial construction sites
* Relevant trade experience (formwork carpentry)
* Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
* Reliable transport to access sites
