Who we are
We are a VC-backed startup chasing a billion-dollar opportunity in the ed-tech space. Our product radically improves the way universities deliver and manage support programmes for their students. Through our web and mobile apps, students can discover, join, and participate in programmes ranging from first-year orientation to advanced calculus tutoring — connecting with mentors in 1:1, group, or event-based formats.
We're already working with universities across Australia and the UK, running hundreds of programmes and helping students all over the world.

About the role
We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Manager who can design and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to help Vygo grow faster and smarter.
You'll be helping us solve problems and add value by:
* Developing and executing growth strategies across digital, webinars, social, SEO, content, email, and paid channels.
* Managing paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to maximise ROI.
* Analysing user behaviour to optimise marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
* Running A/B tests, experiments, and growth hacks to drive improvements.
* Collaborating with product and content teams to sharpen messaging and engagement.
* Leveraging analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and HubSpot to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
You should be...
* Passionate about using marketing to solve problems and create user value.
* Data-driven, with a strong analytical mindset and a love for testing and optimisation.
* Experienced (3+ years) in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
* Hands-on with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, HubSpot, etc.
* Comfortable moving fast in a startup environment with a test-and-learn mindset.
* An excellent communicator and storyteller who can craft messaging that wins hearts and minds.
Experience in SaaS or EdTech environments is a big plus, but not required.
What the role looks like...
* Launching campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Working closely with the Product Lead to align growth strategies with user needs and feedback.
* Analysing campaign performance and constantly iterating to improve.
* Contributing to scaling both our marketing operations and Vygo’s impact in the ed-tech space.
