What You'll Be Doing
Provide safe, compassionate, person‑centred care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve quality care outcomes for patients and clients.

Qualifications
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Current NSW drivers licence.
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills, inclusive of computer skills.
* Demonstrated in physical, psychosocial and psychological assessment of the older person.
* Demonstrated knowledge and ability to deliver health care in a multidisciplinary framework.
* Demonstrated knowledge of community based services available to the older person (>65 years).
* Prior experience in working in an Emergency Department setting and knowledge of referrals to community based settings.
* Post registration education in aged care or gerontology or equivalent in experience.
