Insurance Service Liaison Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound phone and email communications efficiently.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and approve workflows.

* Manage dishonoured payments and overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-up actions are completed.
* Support the brokerage team with mid-term servicing, client follow-ups, and cancellations.
* Perform general administrative duties and data maintenance tasks.
