We are seeking experienced Traffic Controllers to join our dynamic traffic management team. As part of our safety-critical workforce, you'll manage the secure movement of vehicles, machinery, and pedestrians around roadworks, construction sites, and event locations.
The Job:
- Set up TCPs with signs, cones, and barriers per TMPs
- Direct traffic with stop/slow batons and portable lights
- Keep workers and public safe in active work zones
- Follow traffic management plans and safety regs
Must Have (Non-Negotiables):
- Blue Card (RIISS00054) from accredited trainer
- 1+ year on-the-tools TC experience
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Full license + reliable transport to get between sites
- Fit for outdoor work - all weather, long shifts
- Good communication and stay calm under pressure
Bonus Points:
- PTMP qualification
- Experience on major roads/highway projects
- First Aid certification
