Employment type: Multiple temporary part time positions available (hours to be negotiated) up to 8 May 2026 over a 7-day roster (some weekend work required)
Responsibilities
- Deliver courteous, efficient reception and administrative support to patients, staff, and visitors
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and medical records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support theatre administration and maintain medical records
- Contribute to effective communication systems including paging, public address, and information services
- Provide high-quality, confidential administrative support across clinical and non-clinical areas
- Support continuous improvement through teamwork, quality initiatives, and best administrative practices

- Do you enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills, including with people from diverse backgrounds?
- Can you manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure, even during busy or changing situations?
- Are you confident using Microsoft Office and data entry systems, and able to learn current processes quickly?
- Do you thrive in a team setting but can also work independently with professionalism and confidentiality?
