About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, energetic, proactive, and experienced Sales Representative to join our foundational salesforce and drive growth across Sydney. You'll target key specialists and selected aged care providers, leveraging your entrepreneurial flair to pursue leads, build strong relationships, and open new doors.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisitions between specialist clinics, aged care providers and the Ace Specialty
* Proactively identify, pursue, and convert leads into sales opportunities
* Build strong relationships with specialists across multiple sectors with a key focus on Gastroenterologists & Rheumatologists and patients with specialised conditions
* Execute the sales strategy and achieve KPIs and territory sales targets
* Deliver high-quality presentations on the company's offerings, services, and value propositions
* Maintain accurate and timely call notes and interactions via CRM and follow-ups with doctors
* Represent the company at events, conferences, and external meetings
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
* Provide on-the-ground market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback
* Embrace technology and automation tools to work smart, stay efficient, and maximise impact
* Provide feedback and insights to help refine processes and support broader sales strategy and innovation

What We're Looking For
* Proven sales experience is essential (pharmaceutical experience not required)
Young, driven, commercially hungry sales talent eager to enter and build a career in healthcare. This role suits entry level candidates that wants to make a difference.
* Confident with cold calling, prospecting, and opening new accounts
* Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently to generate opportunities
* Self-motivated and prepared to take ownership of territory growth
* High energy, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with CRM systems and tech-enabled sales tools
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within VIC
