Export Sales Support (NAPA) Coopers Plains
We are seeking an Internal Sales and Order Administrator to join our team.
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised, have a high attention to detail, and a focus on great customer service. Responsible for liaising with customers and general admin tasks, this role is key to the smooth running of the administration and sales office.
Qualifications
* Have strong organisational skills.
* Are capable of concurrently managing multiple workstreams.
* Have previous experience in customer service and keep the customer front of mind at all times.
* Have the ability to focus and have a flexible approach when faced with change, competing priorities and work demands.
* Are experienced working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
* Have strong experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with customers to complete quotes.
* Following up with customers to convert quotes into orders.
* Managing enquiries which come through Key Account Management team.
* Updating price lists and supersessions.
* Liaising with Category Managers regarding cost updates and loading new part numbers.
* Updating customers on the status of their orders.
* Perform basic administration tasks.
* Process orders via phone and email.
* Provide customer service via counter sales and phone.
* Attend to general and sales enquiries.
