About the role
With an exciting brownfields hard-rock mining project on the horizon, we're seeking experienced Site Administrators. Located nearby Southern Cross, these roles are offered on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth or DIDO roster from surrounding towns.
In this role, you will:
* Coordinate and deliver efficient and effective administration planning and support
* Maintaining rosters and inputting employee hours
* Maintain reports, filing systems and personnel files as directed
* Maintain correspondence notes, filing systems and process invoices and procure employees in compliance with company requirements
About You
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with JDE & Inex required
* Experience in mining operations administration
* Professional, mature and reliable approach to duties and colleagues
