Job Description
We provide fire prevention, preparedness and response services to fire in the built and landscape environments.
* High-level confidential administration services for staff, volunteers, and brigades;
* Human resource and finance administration, and records and database management;
* Coodinating RFS medal and awards nominations, official functions, diary management, and secretariat duties;
* Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to meet regional objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including assisting in correspondence, reports, travel arrangements, and other materials. You will also respond to enquiries, coordinate training records, and perform general office duties such as mail distribution, filing, and maintenance of office equipment and asset records.
We operate 24/7 in line with phases of bushfire prevention, preparedness, response and recovery.
