Overview Job Description for GE PowerOn Advantage Solution Architect for Perth LocationResponsibilities 1) Support solution scaling for additional network.2) Ensure the deployment of infrastructure components are in compliance with company objectives, national and local standards and follow industry.3) Arrange inventory & database management for the deployment activities.4) Arrange end to end solution for the deployment of the product from planning & engineering functions.5) Issue & coordinate work orders to operations fulfilment, assurance and to field operations organization to perform some of the deployment activities, but still remains the total responsible for the deployment.6) Securing a smooth hand-over of the solution/resource to Operations.7) Ensuring the correct and efficient deployment of the network solution / resource, validating the deployment procedures and projects, and ensuring its adequacy to the customers particularities.Qualifications and Experience Functional / Technical knowledge on the following: Power Utilities SCADA Architecture deploymentPoA integrations SystemKnowledge of IBM ACE, SOAP webserviceTesting of PoA functionalitiesGOOD TO HAVE: Good experience in PowerOn Advantage application and deployment of various components.Network configuration of SCADA, DMS, OMS in PoA.Should have worked on deployment of atleast 5 POA systems in Power Utilities.Detailed understanding of PoA architecture and its components.Should have experience in integrating PoA with OT applications like GIS, WFM, PI Historian and other corporate application systems.Should be capable of providing guidance in defining solution architecture considering integration of PoA with external systems.Setup of PoA Application and Database server, reports server, FEP server, Historian database and DPF (Dist. Power Flow) application server, Proxy Server.Guiding and supporting team during System Integrations.Valuable level of understanding on Windows and Linux serverGOOD TO HAVE: Functional Understanding of the Power Transmission and DistributionGOOD TO HAVE: Customer interactions and working in multi-vendor environment.Knowledge on Agile Project Management Methodology#J-18808-Ljbffr
