About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be leading infrastructure projects for key government clients. Day-to-day, that means working with stakeholders, consultants, and delivery partners to keep projects on track, on budget, and up to standard at the various stages of the project lifecycle. You'll lead project teams, manage scope and risk, and provide advice that helps clients achieve what they're trying to deliver for their communities. Most of our engagements involve being seconded to a client organisation where you'll work as an embedded resource. Usually, you'll split your time between the client's office and ours. You'll be part of a team that values technical know-how, flexibility, and getting stuck in when problems arise. Success in this role comes down to building trusted relationships, navigating stakeholder complexities, and getting projects delivered. Skills | Experience | Qualifications We're after a Senior Project Manager who is technically capable, collaborative, and proactive. You'll have experience working on social infrastructure projects like: Health Education Aged-Care Corrective Services We have a variety of opportunities available based in Brisbane or throughout regions in Queensland (QLD) including; Mackay, Cairns, Central QLD, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast. Most of our team have tertiary qualifications across various disciplines. Ideally, you'll have: A degree in something relevant: Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar If you're an engineer, RPEQ or CPEng accreditation would be great (or if you're working towards it) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build genuine relationships with stakeholders Good time management and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude Your background might be with government organisations, councils, contractors, or consultancies.
