Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire, mentor and elevate a boutique team to deliver flawless, concierge-style service and immaculate store presentation
* Lead the store with a strong commercial mindset, driving performance through genuine connection and brand-aligned leadership
* Build deep, long-term relationships with a loyal and discerning clientele, ensuring every visit feels curated, warm and memorable
* Maintain smooth day-to-day operations including meticulous rostering, coaching, inventory care, visual presentation and campaign execution
* Foster a calm, collaborative and professional team culture that reflects the brand's elegance and values
What We're Looking For:
* A hands-on, people-first leader with a deep appreciation for premium retail and meaningful customer experiences
* Proven experience in store management, ideally within boutique retail, hospitality, or high-touch customer service
* A confident, thoughtful communicator with strong emotional intelligence and a natural ability to lead by example
* A refined eye for detail with the ability to uphold luxury-level visual merchandising standards
* Availability Tuesday-Saturday, 38 hours per week
