Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Club Services Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the productivity, capability, and resilience of local volunteer-run community tennis clubs in the South West region of Victoria.
About the Role
The Club Services Officer will work closely with a small number of clubs to improve their digital enablement outcomes and administrative capabilities. This includes supporting the administration and maintenance of ClubSpark platforms, ensuring accuracy of club participant records, and assisting with club data collation/reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Support each club in the creation of customised social media and web-based marketing materials & plans
• Administer and maintain Tennis Australia systems as relevant to each club
• Provide support with Customer Service channels (in-person, phone, and email)
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have high proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT knowledge and skills. You should also be able to work independently and communicate clearly with others. Experience in stakeholder relationships and stakeholder management is highly valued.
In addition, you must hold or be willing to obtain a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
