* Industrial Electrical Contracting: Full-service electrical support including mains switchboard and cable installations, control cabinet manufacturing, turnkey site installations and relocations, preventative and reactive maintenance, motor control, variable speed drive systems, and labour hire services.
* Automation & Engineering: Specialised in PLC programming, mechanical and electrical design, machine safety systems, SCADA integration, CAD documentation, and custom-engineered solutions to meet complex industrial requirements.
* Robotics Integration: Delivery and integration of both collaborative and traditional robotic systems to streamline industrial processes and improve operational output.

About the Role
As the Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying client needs and collaborating with the internal technical team to provide tailored solutions across electrical contracting, automation, and engineering services. You’ll thrive in a competitive environment, bring strategic thinking to client engagement, and be confident managing relationships and driving long-term business growth.
Previous experience as an industrial electrician or within a related technical field is highly desirable, providing the foundational knowledge to quickly adapt and communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Strengthen and manage relationships with existing clients to support long-term strategic goals
* Re-engage dormant accounts and develop new business opportunities through proactive engagement
* Work alongside the operations team to scope and deliver client solutions
* Identify and track industry trends, emerging markets, and future business potential
* Respond to leads generated through marketing and referrals, converting into new business
What You’ll Bring
* Background in electrical contracting ideal (industrial electrician or similar)
* Some experience with PLC programming or automation a bonus
* Proven sales experience ideally within the electrical sector
* Proven experience in client relationship management and solution selling
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify value-driven outcomes
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* CRM proficiency and structured approach to sales processes
* Self-starter with a hands-on, energetic, and collaborative approach
