An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join the team at Castle Projects. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of construction projects on various locations in Perth WA.
Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred for this position.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any potential problems or risks
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Collaborate with the wider team to identify areas for process improvement and innovation
What we're looking for
* Substantial experience (5+ years) in a site management or senior supervisor role within the construction industry (prefer head supervisor experience)
* Experience must be specifically in commercial construction projects
* Minimum experience managing commercial construction projects valued between $5M-$20M
* Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders
* Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget
* Proficient in project management software and tools, including Procore and Breadcrumb (training available)
* Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide effective leadership
* Trade or tertiary qualification desirable
