After Sales Specialist

Join a global leader in premium consumer electronics in a key after‐sales and customer experience role supporting Australia and New Zealand.

Working within a friendly and collaborative team, this position will take ownership of after‐sales service operations, customer escalations, and repair network coordination, working closely with both direct customers and distributor partners to ensure a seamless end‐to‐end service experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is proactive, positive and solutions‐focused, with strong customer service experience and an interest in consumer electronics or technology.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Sales Operations team, you will play a key role managing after‐sales processes and supporting service partners to ensure high quality customer outcomes across ANZ.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage after sales enquiries and escalations from both direct customers and distributor partners across Australia and New Zealand
* Act as the final escalation point for complex customer service issues and complaints
* Support and mentor customer‐facing teams to ensure consistent service delivery
* Coordinate service and repair centres across Australia and New Zealand
* Track service performance and prepare operational reports for management
* Assist with spare parts inventory and logistics coordination across service centres
* Oversee the process and final output of refurbished products
* Review and approve service invoices and credit claims
* Work cross functionally with sales, marketing, logistics and technical teams

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers and improving service processes.

You will ideally bring:

* Experience in customer service, after‐sales support or service operations
* Strong complaint resolution and de‐escalation skills
* Exposure to consumer electronics, technology or technical products (desirable)
* Understanding of Australian Consumer Law relating to product returns and repairs
* Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce (desirable)
* Strong Excel and reporting capability
* A proactive and collaborative approach to work
